Opinion leaders are bombarded on a daily basis, with titbits, anecdotes on a mano a mano basis, all in an effort to project an air of inevitability.
Anyhow, it is an electoral college of 1200 voters, most of them self made men and women. What the dark forces are doing to Henry Tang might best be summed up by Hillary Clinton, this truly is the politics of personal destruction.
1200 voters, a lot of them are personal friends with Henry Tang. I don't know, but I just got a feeling that they believe friends don't let friends get slaughtered without consequence.

ReplyDeleteTo ensure it is a secret ballot, I would suggest every voter is required to put on a pair of plastic gloves so that no fingerprint will be left on the ballot.
A friend of mine suggested that they might use "God of Gambler's" style visible-only-to-UV-rays type of marking...
