    how can posting a link be equalized as publishing????
    it is the same as 'telling people there is pronograph selling in the news stand' equals to 'publishing prons'!!

    the guy should not plea guilty. crazy. crazy hong kong...

    This goes to the absolute heart of the freedom to communicate.

    If posting a link contravenes the indecency law, that means posting links are now part of a criminal act.

    Which means if I link to a website for smokers, you are also fucked.

    i think the guy was charged with "publishing", as he posted porn pictures that contain links. it wasn't just links.

    although, as many lawyers pointed out to the press, the same rule against "publishing" may also be applied to posts that contain links only.

    i disagree that it's a link that brought this guy legal troubles. its the obscene content of the link that landed his ass in jail.

    pornography sold at newsstands are reviewed and approved by the obscene articles tribunal.

    個位胡生,只係發放八條連結至外國網站的連結而己,並沒有實際管有該批相片.如果佢都有罪,咁我想問,如果我係google打sex來search,佢又指我去個d網站到,咁,邊個又要判罰呢?
    從網上賭波開始,到BT,到而家呢單,法律已經追唔上科技的進步了. 香港亦不再自由.
