Powell's Doctrine

Ok, it is obvious now that in order for this to be a Bilingual blog, I need to have more posts in English. So here's one.

There are two principles in military warfare that are attributable to Colin Powell, ex general, ex Secretary of State of the US. Together, they are called the "Powell's Doctrine"

When planning to use military force

1. Always have an exit strategy

2. Always engage with overwhelming force
