The missing helicopter in 四川

Was watching the news the other day about the helicopter that is now missing in 四川 after it crashed.

The helicopter was assigned to rescue people in 四川. But it crashed.

And because it was painted in Camouflage pattern. It is hard to see it from the air to save it.

Anyhow. I did talk about the subject of using Camouflage painted vehicles for save and rescue missions, such as a fire or earthquake, on the Apple Pie Show back on 14th Feb 2008.

I think the Central Govt has changed ALOT at earthquake rescue. Especially about their attitude towards the value of life (ie. no more wasting human lifes) and also about letting private citizens helping (the govt no longer monopolizes rescue and relief). Good thing.
