But wasn't the internet and its architecture designed to withstand a nuclear attack?
So that even if many nodes of communication are destroyed, communication can still take place.
So why the hell is 2 broken cables able to stop virtually all US to Asia internet connections? Also, European to Asia internet traffic is very slow. That probably mean when someone from Hong Kong accesses European websites, that the data packets are routed through the US.
Anyhow, MSN is proving to suck very hard. So does ICQ. I don't have google chat... Wonder how thats doing...
